I'm afraid my new position has had me doing exclusively academic reading and writing for the past 6 months. I'm not complaining. I do love it, however, it doesn't leave much time for me to dedicate to this blog. If you've stayed subscribed, please know how grateful I am you are still interested in reading anything I post.
Next week is my annual pilgrimage to walk in the footsteps of the Franciscans who were instrumental in founding the state of California, particularly Saint Junipero Serra. I have been looking forward to continuing the journey since the end of last year's adventure.
This year promises to be as wonderful and challenging as previous walks. I hope to have the space to record whatever the Holy Spirit wants to say through my words. I can't promise I will get them posted before the end of the semester but I will relish recording and transcribing when I can.
Please stay tuned a little longer and I promise to share His words as soon as I can.
Siempre Adelante!
I took this picture in front of Mission San Antonio de Padua last year. We will begin this year's walk from this same beautiful and sacred space.
